Good service but very expensive

I had asked the dealership to check the condition of the cars battery, assuming that this would be done by connecting a meter to the positive terminal underneath the bonnet. I was told this was not possible and that it would be necessary to remove the rear seat and upholstery in order to check the status of the battery, which would be labour intensive. I question whether this is correct . I was also told that I would be charged £25 per wheel to change my summer rims and tyres for my winter rims and tyres. Although I agreed to this, it did seem expensive given that all that was involved was changing one wheel for another. In the end I was charged £58 which was acceptable.

Danielle was excellent from start to finish and made the car buying experience seamless and enjoyable.

Not having to visit and have my car collected and delivered back was so much better than my first 2 visits for services

I was told my wipers where showing a wear indicator... . I felt this could of been replaced at the time, either under the service plan, or call me and ask if I wanted them to do it
