Generally, the service was ok, however, the mechanic disconnected my dash cam when all he had to do was switch it off. On receiving my car back while driving home there was a moment with another driver which I thought was lucky I had a dash cam if anything had happened, only to find when I got home the little connecter was missing so not recording anything. I did try to find it on the floor but I suppose it was hoovered up by cleaners. As it happened there was no incident luckily and have purchased a new connector. Otherwise was happy with the service.

Sam Wilson was excellent in the way he dealt with us buying another used Mercedes.

Everything is good . I would like to thank to the team specially to Mr Tom Basset who asseted us. he is very kind and polite. Mercedes Maidstone is highly recommented .

Whenever I have my vehicle services at Lookers, I use the lounge area as this enables me to do some work whilst waiting for the car. I would like to say that on this last visit, I have noticed that the quality of the coffee from the machine has reduced massively and I was not able to drink it. From our first visit, the whole experience of owning a Mercedes Benz vehicle has been about going that little bit extra and I distinctly remember the latte coffee being akin to one of the barista service stores. However on this last visit, it was more like an instant coffee that you would get from a dilapidated VW camper van outside a non-league football ground. Apologies for the gripe but this spoiled what I would consider a perfect track record of excellence from Lookers in the 10 years that I have been using them.

The sales representative was very welcoming and he explained all the details very well to me. He was also courteous.
