I always appreciate the customer service hence why I'll rather drive about 40 mils to maidstone than the ones closer to me for just about 10mils. Having said that, I had to come back second time round, as the customer agent reserved a wrong part of my break-pad. This meant I had to spend 2ce as much in fuel and time to travel down. I would have loved it if I was compensated accordingly.

A very pleasant and trouble free experience with a fabulous result. Very relaxed with no pressure selling. I can only give praise based on my repeated experience with Salesman Tom Bassett of Lookers Maidstone who, with his admired diligence, is a credit to himself and the company.

My Sales Executive was Danielle Thomlinson at Mercedes Maidstone. Danielle was very patient and knowledgeable to assist in finding me the right car for my requirements, as I was unsure myself what car I required in the first instance. She was very helpful, had regular contact and gave me plenty of options to ensure my new car was within required budget. From start to vehicle handover, her overall service was excellent, thank you!

When we dropped the car off a young man took the key etc. I noted there was no greeting, no smile. As we came out my husband also commented that there were no niceties. I received a call to say the car was ready. I said I would be there in half an hour which I was. When I arrived the car still needed to be washed. That is not my idea of ready. I was invited to take a seat which I did and waited 15 mins. In future I will check that the car is actually ready before I attend to collect it. Otherwise all ok. Just little things but they were annoying and make quite a difference to my feelings about the dealership.
