Love dealing with Mercedes and customer service in their dealership

My experience was great Ed Rushton the executive sales was a brilliant, He was very helpful and professional he sold us 2 cars so far, thank you Ed

Only reason for 3 stars on booking experience was that I was given a date online, but then called to be told that date was not available and was offered a date weeks later.

I have always found the service staff very helpful and professional. The reason I only gave the booking question 3 stars is that it can be as long as 10 days before they can have the car in to repair a fault and that is on the basis that you can leave it for 2 days. Although I will say it was still safe to use, but on limited mileage I was told.
