Shahzad at the Dartford garage is a credit to the company/brand/garage! From the moment I sat down with him to discuss what I wanted he was professional, thoughtful, took initiative and overall just an amazing car sales man to deal with! He made the process from start to finish so easy and explained everything over and over when I needed him to. He helped me find the perfect car even when the one I originally picked was sold before I could make a decision. He explained all of the finance and deposits in depth, offered me a test drive and even came in on his day off to go through the final bits of signing all the necessary documents. I could not fault his service at all and I would 100% buy a car from him again in the future! Billy in the Dartford garage was also incredibly helpful when I came to collect the car, he went through everything in the car with me and made sure I left with absolutely no questions. This is the first time buying my own car and never did I think I would end up with a Mercedes’ but Shahzad, Billy and the Dartford garage made it possible and I’m glad I was able to find the perfect car through them! Five stars all round :)
