I did not wish to give you negative feedback, but I must mention it here. The SatNav still does not work properly. It sends me to the opposite directions to where I put in the command. I have tried it locally to places I know ell and it still gives wrong directions. It appears that it could be faulty from the start, as it has never worked properly. Your response please!

Not sure that what I saw on the video was a service in the real terms it appeared that a service on a electric car is next to nothing I'm not sure that what you did was worth the money

Very efficient service when waiting for the vehicle to be fitted with a new part. The waiting area was very commendable and a lovely seating area to sit in while the vehicle was tended to.Also it was given a health check and report whilst with the technician's workshop.

I met with Richard Rapley who was super helpful and highly knowledgeable on all things EQ. He took the time to answer all my questions (big & small) and had the answers! Which was fantastic. The freedom to go and test drive the car was really great and definitely helped me make my decision.
