My vehicle was picked up by a gentleman who treated my vehicle with respect and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Thank youThey forgot to return my scan leather case for my keys. Disappointed with valeting of the inside of my car. Thank you for the loan vehicle.The aftercare of my last vehicle was still better than Mercedes.

Most of your questions need a N/A ( not applicable) option. I’m a long standing customer at Shrewsbury and know the management team well and have always had excellent service. I did not need a test drive as I’m looking to replace the exact same car with a slightly younger model. I always pay cash and I phoned my enquiry so didn’t meet management. I dealt with Geoff Wright in Shrewsbury, who I thought was a credit to your company. I trusted him and felt he was trying to get me the best deal he could, he kept me informed and was very knowledgeable. I went for a car that I didn't have in mind originally, but i absolutely love it, its a pleasure to drive and to look at too. I would certainly stay with MB and would be hoping to deal with Geoff again for my next car.
