I would like to extend my sincere Thanks to Michael and Laura for looking after me so well during my recent visit. Michael was very attentive and keen to make sure that he had covered everything with the car. Laura was really friendly and was very helpful, particularly with arranging transport for me.

The only criticism I have is around the Mercedes on-line service booking. The booking was Ok however I did not received any form of confirmation or reminder (email or SMS). I ended up calling dealership via phone the day before just to make sure they had received my booking...which sort of defeated the object of doing it on-line.
