I phoned at 1.30 to see when the car would ready, the young lady I spoke to said she would get the service guy to phone me back by leaving a note on his desk. I had to phone again at 4.30.

Be nice to be offered a coffee or a drink. Lots of staff observed getting one from the machine. I was there over two hours. Tv should be moved to where the customer seating is now, as having read paper and magazine I would have liked to watch it.
