Louis was excellent to deal with. I had a limited budget that didn't phase Louis at all. He remained helpful throughout the purchase and was flexible when my plans changed to collect the car. Very pleased with my CLA, low mileage in great condition, Louis went above and beyond to provide great customer service and built a rapport quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use the dealership again as I felt a valued customer. I'd also recommend to others.

The cover off the drivers seat belt mechanism keeps falling off so I leave it in the boot, I forgot to ask if it could be put back on. Sad to say it is still in the boot 😞

I was not offered a lift home (and I do not know if it is a service Lookers offer). I expected at wait of one and a half hours but actually waited about two and a half hours. It was more than 30 minutes before my car was taken from to car park to the workshop from when I checked in.

The whole experience from getting notification of my booking which included a courtesy car for two days was more than excellent and the courtesy of the service manager and the staff was what you would expect from a Mercedes main dealer. I was treated like royalty and the end result of the repairs required was first class. Many thanks to all at Lookers Shrewsbury Derek Hill
