On collecting my wife's car I waited at the service desk for someone to assist me despite three young ladies on reception talking to each other about personal matters I was totally ignored although they could see me waiting ? when one of the ladies started to walk past I asked if there was anyone that could assist me it was only at this point that I was acknowledged and she went to get someone from service

I didn’t have an appointment but I did have a warning light on the dashboard. I was asked to leave the car and when I called back I was told no problem it had checked out ok. Richard is a charming efficient man a credit to Merc. Thank you.
