Very helpful when we had to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances

My husband & I called in to enquire about a GLA on the Motability scheme. We initially saw Harry who made us an appointment to test drive said car on Wednesday 9th October at 1 pm. Unfortunately I had to cancel that appointment due to unforseen circumstances Harry was very understanding & arranged an appointment for us with Matthew on Thursday 10th October , as he was off that day, to test drive the car. We saw Matthew as arranged & he was very helpful & answered all the queries we had regarding the vehicle & it's availability etc. We had a test drive & loved the car. I advised Matthew that I wanted to test drive a Volvo XC 40 before deciding which car I wanted. He was very understanding & asked if he could ring me the next day to see if I'd made any decisions & whether he could assist me further. Matthew rang as he'd promised & was very understanding when I advised him that I'd decided to go for the Volvo XC40 as the Motability advanced payment for that car is £1499 as opposed to £3999 for the Mercedes GLA. Matthew invited me to contact him anytime if I have any questions about the GLA. Both salesmen name me feel like a valued customer & were very knowledgeable & helpful. Based on my experience I would highly recommended this garage to others.

We were greeted by Scott Haley who was very friendly, very helpful, not pushy at all and was also super friendly with our daughter. He answered the questions that we had and allowed us to sit in a couple of vehicles to help us make our mind up about which vehicle was right for us. Although we didn't purchase from Mercedes Shrewsbury, we did purchase a Mercedes the very next day, largely down to Scott.
