The central booking (03300176341) service confirmed with me that my car was booked in for a recall on 8 April, and that I should drop off the car first thing in the morning. When I arrived at Lookers they had no knowledge of the booking on that day, and in fact the booking was for Friday. The lady who initially dealt with the issue was calm, professional, polite, and above all helpful. She found a way of making the work happen on the 8th without fuss or issue. Thank you. The work was carried out without issue, as was a health check, and I took back the car from a very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant gentleman. Again thank you. This is not an isolated incident. Mercedes of Shrewsbury are at the top of their game.
