Made an urgent appointment and was fitted in in 24 hours. Arrived early and job done in 1 hour . Just enough time for breakfast in local cafe...car valeted and on my way...thanks to all David Cox.

Overall service was efficient and communication good There was an issue with the engine warning light coming on and the car going in to limp mode on first driving the car, but this has seemed to resolve by switching the engine off and restarting after a few minutes.

Warranty work carried out efficiently and kept informed by service manager. The phone line in to Shrewsbury is often not answered and the line rings out after about 3 minutes which frustrating.

Drop off ok but pick up was made to sit down and took about 15 mins to come to me with no explanation of what had been carried out any issues that may of been found
