Very good the only comment would be if you could be a little more precise on the time of the service I appreciate you don’t know how long a service may take I’m sure you have a minimum and maximum time for each car so if you say my car 3rd in say 2hours each for 1st two 9to 11 my car would de due @ 11 say arrive @ 10 30 it could save waiting hours to collect only a thought
