My only observation was that I sometimes found the quantity of emails surprising and in some instances I was a little unsure as they came as a surprise i.e. the fact that the payment over 10 months email came from a completely different source - Bumper. All the emails worked perfectly but I did find myself wondering occasionally if I was doing the right thing. As for Louis who looked after us he was excellent throughout and gave us a very helpful and thorough description of everything about the new car which was very helpful.

I haven’t been in touch with the dealership yet but there is still ‘smoke’ coming from my exhaust, despite the Nox sensor being replaced. I have been backwards and forwards so many times over the last few years that I really don’t want to spend even more of my time taking my car in and being without it yet again.
