The new ordering system was ok and all the online signing was certainly more convenient but I wouldn't want to have done it without the help of Adrian Ellis in the Shrewsbury dealership. I wouldn't have been confident to make such a significant purchase without his help in answering all my questions as buying a car is not something done frequently and as a non technical car person, the spec information was not always obvious.

Cannot fault the team at Shrewsbury. Service was excellent from start to finish. I regret that I wasn’t able to place an order but that was down to me deciding to wait a little longer in order to see if the push towards EV’s would continue. Nick Parr was outstanding and did an amazing job.

Excellent and professional service from all contacts at Lookers Shrewsbury.Very friendly, ,helpful and supportive service after my A180 broke down. Such a shame that Mercedes Assist proved almost impossible to contact [over 20 hrs- with some calls holding for up to 2hrs at a time]. When contact was eventually made all contacts were brilliant and moved very quickly to resolve the issue.

The car was booked in for 2pm- unfortunately for whatever reason- not relayed to me, the car was not moved from the car park for at least 30 minutes. This meant that I was at the dealership for more than 3 hours.I am always more than happy with the service provided but I was disappointed with this delay.

Many thanks to Adrian for keeping me informed about the car unfortunately l didn't buy the car due to my partner not been able to get in to the car.I'am working on giving climbing lessons to get in and out of the car so I can get my dream car,hopefully l will be back to purchase the car fingers crossed.
