When it is possible to speak with service personnel on-site, service is superb. Unfortunately, I keep being diverted to a central booking centre - whose personnel are incompetent. I wish to deal with my local dealership - not remote entities.

Before we picked the car up they told us they were cleaning it , I thought it wasn’t done well because their were still mud by the doors etc.

I did receive a video explanation of my car but there was no sound. I explained this when I collected the car and they said that they did have some blackspots when the sound did not work and were aware of this. The dealer needs to rectify this otherwise the videos are of no use.
