Nathan has been a credit to the dealership. With a tricky situation with a fault caused by a Mercedes recall he has consistently gone out of his way to help me. He has been empathetic to my needs, providing a car while my vehicle was in. He has also communicated clearly with me and I have felt at all times that he wants to give the best possible customer experience. Even when the car had to be returned as the fault had reoccurred he totally stepped upto the mark. I have been so impressed by his excellent customer service. He is a credit to Lookers. We discovered after the service a broken plastic component in the passenger footwell. We’ve since discovered this piece had been sheered off the pollen filter tray during the service, not reported nor repaired. The car has to be returned for a new part to be fitted.

I did call Mercedes Shrewsbury yesterday and as Barrie was not at his desk a gentleman said he would ask him to call me, as yet no contact. I was enquiring about a car on the website, but when I looked again later it was either sold or reserved.
