Very helpful Reception Staff and Service Manager. Particularly thoughtful of Reception to offer me a Taxi into the Town Centre (as I was potentially waiting upto 4 hours), I politely declined.

There was a problem identified at MOT on rear subframe - this was replaced at no cost to me. Service received was excellent together with a courtesy car whilst mine was in the dealership.

We had to wait nearly 1 hour for a taxi, which I am certain the dealership had booked. They were just let down by a poor taxi company

they put too much oil last time, which means it can burn the engine, which means it's very expensive! i would just like a little more attention next time, it's not free, i pay 42 pounds a month for it! thank you
