Excellent taxi service into town centre and return. Very efficient. No sound on video explanation. Car cleaning interior could be improved.

Trevor , who dealt with my issues in Service and Julian the mechanic who came out to look at the initial issues were both OUTSTANDING and couldn’t of been more helpful than they both had been , this is why I use Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury for all my cars works ,,, On a different note though , I find the booking office less personal than when I speak to the branch directly , they have been looking g after my cars and mr parents cars for over 30 years and as I say the personal touch has been lost from that’s aspect ,, but once in the branch it’s perfect
