Before we picked the car up they told us they were cleaning it , I thought it wasn’t done well because their were still mud by the doors etc.

I did receive a video explanation of my car but there was no sound. I explained this when I collected the car and they said that they did have some blackspots when the sound did not work and were aware of this. The dealer needs to rectify this otherwise the videos are of no use.

Particularly impressed with the way both Adrian and Lee dealt with the handover and finance of the car. It was a warm friendly but professional experience . It was certainly worth our trip up from Cornwall to complete the part exchange of our old C350e and take delivery of the C300h. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again despite the long journey.

Customer service was fantastic, technician called me to let me know when the car would be ready. The car was filthy as we live in a farm, fully valeted when I picked it up. 5 star service .
