When it is possible to speak with service personnel on-site, service is superb. Unfortunately, I keep being diverted to a central booking centre - whose personnel are incompetent.I wish to deal with my local dealership - not remote entities.

Before we picked the car up they told us they were cleaning it , I thought it wasn’t done well because their were still mud by the doors etc.
