Yes experience was fine and car in good order. Nice facilities and comfortable reception. Nice personnel dealing with service, also explained there are a few things to do on car soon. One thing a bit disappointing is no courtesy cars and I lost 1/2 day of work. What will happen in future with courtesy cars?

Why not include an update of the software for the satnav automatically as part of the service?

This dealership is by far the best we have ever visited, in over 15 years, they wasn't pushy like most of dealerships we've visited. Adam the manger and Louis from Mercedes in Shrewsbury made us fell at ease as soon as we walked through there doors, keep up the good work fellas.
