I was very disappointed with the preparation and presentation of the car. I strongly suspect that it had not been treated with the GuardX system. If it was then it was not done properly with little or no preparation. The vehicle had not been properly cleaned before the product was applied and there is no point in applying a protective layer over the top of dirt! The salesman agreed to do it again the following week, but I do t know how that is possible without first removing what was applied.

Visit was for MOT at 9:30. Took longer than expected, presumably because I was backed up behind earlier arrivals. I shall book a later (or earlier!) time in future.
