I wasn’t happy with the person who took the booking in Worcester but the service manager Mathew in Shrewsbury was great

I was very pleased with the help and advice I received from the service team.

Checked if blu had been topped up, because it wasn't on last, it wasn't but said it had been done on checklist. Car wash was poor, wheels were still dirty and sills were not touched. It raises the question if the blu hadn't been been done, what else hadn't, but had been ticked off.

After I had booked the service, I still received several reminders to book the car in.

I feel unsure about the new process Mercedes has introduced to buy a NEW CAR. We as a family have purchased many new Mercedes over a long period of time. We have established a great relationship with Shrewsbury over the years and have seen many changes, some good and some not so good. However, we are told that TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT is the way forward but nothing will ever replace FACE TO FACE communication and the sharing of ideas. Hey Ho !! but who are we ?? Tony and Diane Cox

Although the service was fabulous the car clean and valet were not very good
