Video sent to me was done very poor mechanic could not be bothered to do a comprehensive video just a video done of the front of my car showed it to the staff on service department. Hope my service was done with more effort also when making a telephone call to Mercedes Shrewsbury it's very annoying and rude for the call to go to a call centre

Booking via central facility rather than direct with dealer was confused time- consuming and rather poor. Replacement part was not pre-painted as per Mercedes requirements so could not be fitted rendering appointment a waste of time - a second appointment is necessary at additional cost and time

Overall an excellent personal first experience very worthy of the maximum 5 star feedback ratings.

The collection & return team of the vehicle is excellent I cant thank them enough in regard to the service they provide & the level of professionalism & communication. If I am honest I am disappointed with the service dept in regard to communication. over the last few services & visits of the vehicle I have never had a call from the service team to say vehicle is ready & what has been done etc
