The service is excellent, right through from Reception to Service Management, in particular, Michael Davies and mechanic, Ashley, both of whom are extremely good and helpful. I have also had occasion to speak to your sales personnel, who are also very attentive.

Trevor , who dealt with my issues in Service and Julian the mechanic who came out to look at the initial issues were both OUTSTANDING and couldn’t of been more helpful than they both had been , this is why I use Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury for all my cars works ,,,On a different note though , I find the booking office less personal than when I speak to the branch directly , they have been looking g after my cars and mr parents cars for over 30 years and as I say the personal touch has been lost from that’s aspect ,, but once in the branch it’s perfect

Fantastic service from Lookers. Washed my (utterly filthy - sorry!) car, made me a drink and provided a desk and wifi from which to participate in a couple of important work meetings and complete some urgent work whilst my recall was being done. Plus they outlined some urgent items to repair on the car. Very impressed...can genuinely see where the extra money on Mercedes go! Thanks again. Ben
