Good experience with booking to completing the service. Staff courteous and pleasant and work carried out in time. Only comment is that vehicle interior was cleaned but exterior not cleaned for two service visits now. With previous vehicles at other dealers this has been included. A minor point but maybe worth noting if you are looking to further improve on a good experience.

Very welcoming and professional - my service was booked in on a Saturday morning at 8am, straight away receptionist offered me refreshments and swiftly dealt with the booking in process, I opted to wait while service was being done, while I was there everyone who went past from showroom staff to mechanics were very polite and cheerful - wishing me a good morning with a smile, what a lovely start to the day- very impressed with the service at Shrewsbury
