Spoke with Matthew Watson - a good experience customer experience, it was the lack of stock that let it down. Good chat, talked options - and unfortunately, Audi won. They had vehicles available to see/test drive - which was probably the key difference. Wanted to compare the A7 to a CLS, but none were locally available.

The collection & return team of the vehicle is excellent I cant thank them enough in regard to the service they provide & the level of professionalism & communication.If I am honest I am disappointed with the service dept in regard to communication. over the last few services & visits of the vehicle I have never had a call from the service team to say vehicle is ready & what has been done etc
