When booking I was told that I had to deliver the car before 10.00am. Booking in at 9.30 am I waited for half an hour before questioning if I had been forgotten. Eventually I was told the car would be ready at 3.30 pm. This had not been explained to me when I booked. Taxi into Shrewsbury for a couple of hours and phone contact saying it was ready for collection is what I have experienced in the past. Asked for and repeated on collection if the tyres were pumped to correct pressure. Still the same on my app. Mileage was recorded 4000+ more than it is when I checked everything that had been done when I arrived home. Car is now 3years old. I had to broach the subject of extending the service contract as I was leaving. It was explained clearly. Staff were pleasant face to face but I was sadly disappointed that my experience didn’t match the past 15+ years.

I do feel that being provided with a loan car would help the overall experience. I live and work over half hour away and asking friends or colleagues to collect me and drop me off so I can get to/from work isn’t great. More so for the size and reputation of the Mercedes marque. Other than that good service, friendly staff.

Great customer service. Appreciate having a taxi provided to take us into town as we live in Market Drayton and would have to have waited around the showroom otherwise. Great drinks facility and a nice touch to have the car washed. Thanks to all staff involved.

I was impressed that on my arrival at the dealership reception I was greeted by my name. On collection of my vehicle in the afternoon although nothing had been said to me I found my vehicle had been washed and cleaned inside with the front mats hoovered. I neither expected or asked for this to be done, but nevertheless it was a nice touch. Excellent customer service.

All went smoothly and the staff were very pleasant, work done well within time given. Overall very good service. A courtesy car would have been useful as I come from quite away (near Oswestry) and would have saved bringing 2 cars, I used to have one before covid.
