Always a good experience at Lookers but this was a recall freebie. I cant afford to the labour chargeshere now at £160 p/hr. I recently purchased 2 gas struts from Parts for the hood collector tray in my cabriolet. Good price at £12 each, but unfortunately was quoted £100 per side to fit them. Genuine Mercedes parts are not as expensive as people think, but labour charges are obscene.

Very easy to set up service. Friendly staff to welcome you. Comfortable area to wait in with added bonus of coffee available. Car ready at stated time.

Didn’t feel the salesman tried his hardest to close the deal, I was at the point to say yes but needed a little, shall I say encouragement to do so, shame really.

I always find the staff at the dealership welcoming and professional. The receptionist knew I was due in and had my details to hand, the service manager knew why I was there, I was waiting for exactly the time I was expecting to wait, all the showroom staff were acknowledged my presence and were polite. I was offered refreshment whilst I was waiting and asked a couple of times if I was OK or needed anything. Great service, may it long continue.
