A small observation if I may. Three times after having booked the service I received at various times a reminder on my mobile phone that my car was due a service. I responded by asking if my booking had not been registered to which I did not receive a reply. Rightly or imprudently, I assumed all was well - and it was of course but this is an odd administration anomaly I think.

I was put off asking you to do the MOT with the service because your central booking system quoted an extra charge for "diagnostic tests" when I mentioned that new brake pads and discs were needed. I then had these fitted elsewhere. I fear that you lost the business.
