As I live 120 miles from you the deal was negotiated over the phone. After searching for that particular vehicle specification I found it through Auto Trader. The only problem being that it was in Shrewsbury. I phoned and spoke with Adam, one of your managers, discussed my situation and requirements. He was excellent and the commercial side was completed quickly.Arrangements were made for collection two days later. Nick Jones completed everything in a very professional way and must be commended ( first class).In fact the whole process was slick and precise and was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. So bravo to all at Mercedes Shrewsbury, you never know you may see me again.

My wife and I were walking around the site in the rain looking for a GLC. Barrie came out and approached and offered to help. He even let us test drive his company car. Searched the Looker’s Online site and found a car we liked the look of. Car arrived from Mercedes Worcester the following day. Barrie uploaded a video - impressed so bought we bought it.

The collect service is such a valuable help to me, knowing that the car will be collect for service and delivered back to home. The driver contact me the day before and we arranged a time. All very efficient and reassuring.
