I have to say when i first approached the dealer ship i turned up unannounced and a young sales person completely dismissed me, probably because i was in my jeans and had been working on my farm. When i called back i saw Geoff Wright who was the complete opposite, he took time to understand me and my needs , he matched these perfectly and was a delight to work with. He was faultless all the way through the sales process and kept me fully informed because my car had to come from another dealership. Geoff should be used as a role model from which your younger sales people could learn a lot from !!!

Despite specifically requesting (3 times & seeking verification before vehicle returned) that the Ad Blue was topped up (which is part of my contracted service) this was not done. This is disappointing.

Excellent interaction with Service Manager, Matthew - but would suggest dialling dealership should go directly through to Shrewsbury so that it is easier to return a call

For me having curtesy cars would help. It is incredibly inconvenient to ask friends or colleagues to collect me from garage to go to work etc. other than that service has been good.

Overall, my experience was much better than my last visit. I believe Richard worked on my car, he diagnosed and fixed the issue. I feel that this time, the fee charged was reasonable for the work done.
