I was impressed that on my arrival at the dealership reception I was greeted by my name. On collection of my vehicle in the afternoon although nothing had been said to me I found my vehicle had been washed and cleaned inside with the front mats hoovered. I neither expected or asked for this to be done, but nevertheless it was a nice touch. Excellent customer service.

Ask for a call from someone in sales as might look to change but not yet received a call.

All went smoothly and the staff were very pleasant, work done well within time given. Overall very good service.A courtesy car would have been useful as I come from quite away (near Oswestry) and would have saved bringing 2 cars, I used to have one before covid.

Louis was very helpful and very informative, helping me make the decision on the exact car and trim level. Unfortunately a car to this spec and in my price range was not available.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, I was impressed with the refreshments on offer whilst I waited for the service to be completed.

The vacuuming of my car was most unsatisfactory and I had to go back and get it redone.And even then they did not clean the boot again.When I booked my car in I was told my service agreement had finished and that I would have to pay fully for the service. On investigation I discovered that the service was covered. If I hadn't found this out then I would have been charged!

We booked a service with Lookers sometime ago.. we then had several were text messages and phone calls telling us the service was due and to book an appointment.You need to let the different departments know once a booking is made to eliminate this.System needs to be more joined up !
