I bought my first Mercedes from you in 1989 and have always felt valued by your sales staff, but I consider on this occasion your service staff didn’t extend the same appreciation of my custom, as I had the feeling of being dealt with in a rush to get me in and out as quickly as possible not quite the care and consideration I expect from Mercedes

Always a good experience at Lookers but this was a recall freebie. I cant afford to the labour chargeshere now at £160 p/hr. I recently purchased 2 gas struts from Parts for the hood collector tray in my cabriolet. Good price at £12 each, but unfortunately was quoted £100 per side to fit them. Genuine Mercedes parts are not as expensive as people think, but labour charges areobscene.

Very easy to set up service. Friendly staff to welcome you. Comfortable area to wait in with added bonus of coffee available. Car ready at stated time.

I would like to thank Geoff Wright, the sales exec who sold us the car. He has been amazing. I would also like you to note that the Valet team were very poor and damaged my brand new Mercedes. Very disappointed. I hope management resolve this. This shouldn’t of happened. This has never happened before. I purchase new every year.
