No courtesy car was available although the service was booked well in advance, this was very disappointing as it was a major service. At the time of booking I was not offered a pick up and delivery which actually would have been the option I would have chosen, which I found out when the car was in for service. Although I have no issues at all with my experience when taking or picking up the car .

I have been a customer of this dealership since 2012 or so. I have bought 2 Smart cars, I ML, 2 GLEs and a GLE 400d. The service and the helpfulness of the staff keep bringing me back. They are almost part of an extended family, and I cannot fault the way I have been looked after on each and every occasion.
