Have not received expected video on vehicle condition. Concerned that you have incorrect contact details somewhere in your system. Could you please check and confirm that the technician had the correct contact details. Also service manager says he called my mobile but I did not receive a call and nothing in my call history. So please check!

Only 3 stars for booking as my car is normally picked up but weren’t able to this time. I had to ring to find out when my car would be ready. Receptionist was very helpful and efficient.
