I had been waiting for a part for my car...an overhead panel which affected my alarm for nearly 3 months. I was unable to have the car fully locked and obviously alarmed for this long period of time. I asked if I was able to have a courtesy car for this period as I was very concerned about theft but was told you couldn’t help as no vehicles available. I was quite disappointed that this wasn’t available in these circumstances as when you are unable to lock your vehicle if you go somewhere is quite a concern. We are looking a changing the current vehicle but are thinking twice about buying a Mercedes due to this lack of service. I totally understand you can’t provide courtesy cars to everyone but in this instance I do find it not very ‘customer friendly’. I can’t thank the staff enough though as very helpful & friendly.

A full tank of fuel would go a long way to persuade me to buy another car.

As i live over an hour away from your showroom, arranging a time to arrive & being able to wait ( not too long) while the work was completed was helpful. I hope you offer this service when the car will be due for its annual services. Thank You
