I have to say when i first approached the dealer ship i turned up unannounced and a young sales person completely dismissed me, probably because i was in my jeans and had been working on my farm.When i called back i saw Geoff Wright who was the complete opposite, he took time to understand me and my needs , he matched these perfectly and was a delight to work with.He was faultless all the way through the sales process and kept me fully informed because my car had to come from another dealership.Geoff should be used as a role model from which your younger sales people could learn a lot from !!!

Despite specifically requesting (3 times & seeking verification before vehicle returned) that the Ad Blue was topped up (which is part of my contracted service) this was not done.This is disappointing.

Was amazing from start to finish Louis was so professional and nothing was to much trouble for him really attentive

Interior cleaning of car was not up t the usual standard. Interior sills were filthy and boot area had not been cleaned either
