Cost of the part was excessive, the nox sensor has been a known issue for Mercedes, but no discount from the manufacturer was available. Confidence in the brand is much reduced.

Cannot Fault the dealership, whilst my Company car is through Lex Autolease, I have also purchased vehicles from Lookers MB, both Worcester and Shrewsbury, and both have exceeded my expectations. The only reason that I gave a lower mark on the booking was because I had to chase this up which I believe may have been a problem with Lex Leases' online booking system. This was nothing to do with Lookers, once I spoke with them directly, a confirmed date was given and all was carried out as per plan. Great Service! Also, Darren, the Sales Manager also recognised me from a previous purchase and came to greet me, we had a conversation to see how things were and if everything was ok with the service. I really cannot fault the Dealership!
