The salesman was excellent. Unfortunately Shrewsbury didn’t match the deal I had on offer. By the time they did end up calling to finalise the deal my local had called me at 11am and done an even better deal than the one that Shrewsbury couldn’t match. I bought from them Mercedes’ chesterfield. Very easy very quick. All done within that call.

Very satisfied with the service and also the help from the collection driver who explained in detail how to use dashboard symbols.

With regards to the Shrewsbury dealership on the whole they are very good, however the one thing I am disappointed with is the cleanliness of my car on pick up, when I have used other garages whenever my car has gone in for repair or service it has come back lovely and clean inside and out this is not the case with yourselves on both occasions my car has been into the dealership the standard of cleaning is so very poor this last time it was awful.

First class service as always with Shrewsbury (Lookers)very well looked after nothing to much hassle for them

I washed the car before I attended the recall on collecting the car the inside had been deleted I believe. however I needed to tidy up the outside of the car as it had been washed but it appeared not to ha e been properly dried...looked a bit of a mess !!
