Had to chase to see if the car was ready then again to get it re-booked in as it was waiting for Mercedes Warranty confirmation. Why would there be a week delay on getting a confirmation from a Mercedes Warranty, it is the same company, it should take minutes in this day of technology. Electric cars, online meetings, carrier pigeon warranty

When i booked the service i asked about getting some WIFI as i was going to wait there while service got done and wanted to do some work. The lady on reception was brilliant, she sorted WIFI out and a place for me to work which was good as i needed to get some meetings done. The lady also kept me supplied with plenty of coffee and those biscuits which was welcome. All in all a good experience and to be fair i don't think i have ever had a bad experience so good all round.
