Curtesy car availability would be a great improvement!

Everyone was efficient, pleasant and expedient and the complimentary and biscuits were delicious.

Although I knew it was a 6 month wait for the car, I was understood and accepted the delay. However, as it came close to delivery, I received the paperwork with a number of errors in it (wrong colour and wrong reg number).

The service person that came to me with keys and paper work needs to have less a Negative approach when asked a question had to ask to speak to someone in accounts they then helped and sorted the problem not happy with the person from service team

Although i was bringing only my car in because of a recall, everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly.The staff were extremely friendly and again most efficient hence my 5 Star review.

From starting my enquiry and up to purchasing my used car at handover i was treated like royalty by your sales executive Louis Gale who i have had the pleasure of purchasing previous cars through him with exactly the same curtesy, professionalism, knowledge of the product and an extremely friendly attitude. The whole passage of selling my own vehicle in part exchange and purchasing the new car was made so easy for me thanks to Louis. Overall service is top class like the S class merc But you either need more personal on reception and a fast response from them would be positive when they say someone will ring youAlso phone cuts off in mid conversationOther then this minor imperfectionBrilliant

A courtesy car would of been idle as living in Telford with mobility issues wasn't great
