The service chap was not the beat at service with a smile. He came across as miserable and a little patronising. He wasn’t the most pleasant of staff as usual they are very helpful and make you feel welcome but not this bloke

I was dealt with by Richard from the service department. I found him both helpful and businesslike in resolving a warranty issue with a NOX sensor. As always, I was impressed by the customer service from the frontline reception. They are very smart and polite.

The whole process of my purchase has been a delight. From my initial enquiry, through the preparation of the car to final purchase, I can't speak highly enough of Darren. I was fully informed of each development, treated with the utmost courtesey and respect. I may well have bought a second hand car, but experienced first class service.
