I washed the car before I attended the recallon collecting the car the inside had been deleted I believe. however I needed to tidy up the outside of the car as it had been washed but it appeared not to ha e been properly dried...looked a bit of a mess !!

When it comes to signing agreements & finance there needs to be a check list so that customers know what to sign as the high volume of emails makes it hard to know where you are at.

Barrie Christopher from the Shrewsbury dealership was very helpful and found me the perfect car. His help choosing a finance option that suited me was great. All products were discussed well and was never too pushy. His help setting up the car was great.The service centre didn’t check if the AdBlue needed filling and on the day of pick up after I took the car home the warning light came on to re-fill it. Minor inconvenience but would be nice if they checked it over thoroughly.10/10 for the Shrewsbury teams sun Barrie!
