Had to chase to see if the car was ready then again to get it re-booked in as it was waiting for Mercedes Warranty confirmation. Why would there be a week delay on getting a confirmation from a Mercedes Warranty, it is the same company, it should take minutes in this day of technology. Electric cars, online meetings, carrier pigeon warranty
