With regards to the Shrewsbury dealership on the whole they are very good, however the one thing I am disappointed with is the cleanliness of my car on pick up, when I have used other garages whenever my car has gone in for repair or service it has come back lovely and clean inside and out this is not the case with yourselves on both occasions my car has been into the dealership the standard of cleaning is so very poor this last time it was awful.

I washed the car before I attended the recallon collecting the car the inside had been deleted I believe. however I needed to tidy up the outside of the car as it had been washed but it appeared not to ha e been properly dried...looked a bit of a mess !!

When it comes to signing agreements & finance there needs to be a check list so that customers know what to sign as the high volume of emails makes it hard to know where you are at.
