The service chap was not the beat at service with a smile. He came across as miserable and a little patronising. He wasn’t the most pleasant of staff as usual they are very helpful and make you feel welcome but not this bloke

I was dealt with by Richard from the service department. I found him both helpful and businesslike in resolving a warranty issue with a NOX sensor.As always, I was impressed by the customer service from the frontline reception. They are very smart and polite.
