Booking is confusing. I booked an appointment at Shrewsbury but when I arrived I was told it had been made at Worcester ?? Fortunately the service manager Trevor Organ despite being fully booked managed to help me and fixed the problem. Your telephone operators should make clear what or where they have booked for the customer.

We used the dealership for a free recall visit. All was fine and vehicle thoroughly cleaned inside and out before returning it to us. Impressed.

The dealership came across as rather snooty and when I mentioned I was looking for an SLK I was told they are a lovely ladies car!!!! How very condescending. I nearly walked out at that point, this is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership. Not very clever. The gentleman I spoke to was however pleasant and helpful once we had got over that hurdle. Please refrain from such sexist comments. in the future.

The mechanic, Dave Davies, who collected and delivered my car and was also involved in the service / MoT was a first class representative. His knowledge and customer care were faultless.

Two members of staff at Shrewsbury branch were very helpful in sorting a situation and negative experience from one individual. They were supportive of the issue, seemed to understand, were polite and helpful. No problems at all. I recommend this car dealership.
