The mechanic, Dave Davies, who collected and delivered my car and was also involved in the service / MoT was a first class representative. His knowledge and customer care were faultless.

Two members of staff at Shrewsbury branch were very helpful in sorting a situation and negative experience from one individual. They were supportive of the issue, seemed to understand, were polite and helpful. No problems at all. I recommend this car dealership.

Barrie at Shrewsbury Mercedes could not have done enough for me. Although there were delays with the arrival of the car I was kept fully informed. Lee as always makes sure I was getting a brilliant service and is on the end of the phone if I had any questions. The team are readily available, I am not easy to get hold of due to my work but both take that into consideration and make the process of changing my car seamless. Brilliant Service, amazing staff and thoroughly looked after. This is premium customer service at its best.
