It was a recall, so a bit different. Pleased to have the car cleaned

I was slightly nervous buying a car without seeing it as it’s not something I have done before but Matt made the whole experience so easy for me. He kept in contact with me the whole way through and promised me he would have the car looking perfect and that’s exactly what he done. It was a lovely experience picking the car up out of the showroom, everyone made my daughter and I feel so welcome. I can honestly say Matt is hands down the best sales executive I have ever dealt with, he went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. I’m loving my new car! Thank you Matt.

We visited Mercedes Benz Shrewsbury on the 11th March 2022 to a Golden Ticket campaign?We had bought our GLA from Mercedes Cheshire Oaks in November 2021, but were displeased with their client support, and indeed the car, as it did not have the specification we had ordered.We came back to Shrewsbury as we had previously bought 2 cars from this dealership, our salesperson then was John Miller. We were not disappointed, our designated Sales Executive, Matthew Watson, listened to our reservations, offered his advice, made us aware of our choices, and kept us fully informed of the likely delivery date of our new car, on a weekly basis.We will definitely return, and definitely recommend Matt to everyone, he was great!!
