We thought that the all departments involved with the purchase of the car (second hand) were very helpful. No pressure to by any “extras” just explaination of the benefits. When I phoned up for help with the online form completion prior to collecting the car Richard was very helpful. Would recommend anyone to come to you for service and sales. We come from Coventry to use your Mercedes garage rather than the local one in Coventry as your service iso much better; from entering the door at reception through to sales (when we need it) to the regular service and parts people. All are friendly, knowledgeable and above all helpful. Always a good experience
