We were greeted by Scott Haley who was very friendly, very helpful, not pushy at all and was also super friendly with our daughter. He answered the questions that we had and allowed us to sit in a couple of vehicles to help us make our mind up about which vehicle was right for us. Although we didn't purchase from Mercedes Shrewsbury, we did purchase a Mercedes the very next day, largely down to Scott.

I found the whole experience of dealing with your sales exec from start to finish was exemplary. No waffle, very straightforward, very diligent and a pleasure. I was amazed at the handover (gift wrapped) and the care taken to familiarise me with the vehicles attributes before I left.Fantastic! Thank you.

Mark the service advisor who dealt with me was excellent

Initially disappointed as when I arrived, I was not expected when I had booked a service and courtesy car. However, staff very helpful and car organised quickly and service details given on time with video to watch too. Car valeting was not at the usual standard.

Car booked in for health check and Sat Nav upgrade but only the satnav upgrade was carried out due to a misunderstanding between reception and service departments. I had to return the car for the health check, costing time and disappointment. That said, everyone was apologetic and effective when the work was actually carried out. It would otherwise have been 5 stars.

Harry was great, nothing was ever too much trouble. Prompt in responding and knowledgeable.
