I dealt with Geoff Wright in Shrewsbury, who I thought was a credit to your company. I trusted him and felt he was trying to get me the best deal he could, he kept me informed and was very knowledgeable. I went for a car that I didn't have in mind originally, but i absolutely love it, its a pleasure to drive and to look at too. I would certainly stay with MB and would be hoping to deal with Geoff again for my next car.

Really happy with Louis Gale, knowledgeable without the pushiness sometimes experienced with other dealers, which helps enjoy the process of purchasing my new car. I did not hear anyone talking re the video, I didn’t find the serviceman receptionist over friendly & the emails keep going to my husband.... Otherwise an excellent service.

From start to finish the purchase of our new GLA from Nick Jones at Mercedes Shrewsbury was first class, Nick was very professional during the whole process and his knowledge of the brand is excellent. This is the first Mercedes we have purchased and without doubt we will be returning to this dealership when the time comes to change, we will of course be asking for Nick, and we will be recommending both Nick and the dealership to family and friends, absolutely delighted with our new car, thank you once again for first class service.
